How Does It Work?

First, we will deploy our management agent to your devices throughout your network. Once installed the agent will report back detailed information about the device, such as Software & Hardware Inventory. With the agent installed we are able to see any potential issue that may need to be addressed including security, data & GDPR related issues. 

Within hours of the Agent being installed, we will run an initial security scan, this will help us understand what security issues will need to be addressed. We will agree a regular schedule of patching to ensure your devices remain secure & protected. Regular reporting will escalate any specific issues that need to be addressed. 

Disk encryption is a technology which protects information by converting it into unreadable code that cannot be deciphered easily by unauthorized people. We will remotely enable BitLocker for PC or FileVault on MAC via the management agent. Encryption will secure your data with a pin or password on bootup or when accessing removable data, preventing data loss and any subsequent GDPR penalties.

On a monthly or ad hoc basis, reports will be provided, including basic inventory information, patching & security status & encryption state on all secure devices. Every customer is given access to their own dashboard, via the web, containing high level stats which can be seen at any time.
